The 14-day guarantee
Every kit comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from your purchase date. If it wasn't what you hoped — the style, the level, your kid pivoted to dinosaurs — email us within 14 days and we'll refund the full price. Because the product is a digital download, there's nothing to return.
How to request one
Email hello@earnyourpatch.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your receipt). "I'd like a refund" is all the explanation required — though if you tell us what missed, we'll use it to make the kits better.
When and how it arrives
Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, usually initiated within 2 business days of your email. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.
The fine print
The guarantee exists so a family can buy with confidence, not as a free-kit mechanism — we may decline refunds where we see repeated purchase-refund patterns or other abuse. If a payment is disputed with your bank instead of emailing us, we'll respond through Stripe's dispute process. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply where you live.
