Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what an order needs (your email, name, and billing details via Stripe), we don't run ads or sell data, and we never knowingly collect anything from kids. Details below.

LAST UPDATED: JULY 19, 2026

1. What we collect

When you buy a kit: your name, email address, billing address, and the town you optionally enter for your Launch Plan. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.

When you use the Launch Plan preview: the town name you type is sent to our server to compile the preview. We process it to answer the request and log requests operationally; we don't build profiles from it.

When you email us: whatever you include in the email, which we use to help you.

Analytics: we use Vercel's privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and pages. We do not use advertising trackers and the site sets no advertising cookies.

2. What we never collect

We don't run ads, sell or rent personal data, or use third-party ad trackers. The site is directed at parents and other adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The kits are printed and used offline — your kid's workbook stays on your kitchen table, where it belongs. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

3. Who processes data for us

We share data only with the services that make the product work: Stripe (payments and checkout), Resend (sending your delivery email), Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), and mapping/weather providers (Geoapify, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap) which receive only place coordinates or a town name — never your identity. Each processes data under its own privacy terms, on our instructions.

4. How long we keep things

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support obligations. Support emails are kept as long as they're useful for helping you. Preview requests live in short-term operational logs.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it — e.g., tax records for completed orders). Email hello@earnyourpatch.com from the address you used and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of geography.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure, and kit delivery links are private to your email. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small — the less we store, the less there is to protect.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
