Your own chocolate brand, with a name you invent and a wrapper you design. Three test batches where YOU pick the flavors and everyone scores them like judges on a cooking show. A real science experiment where you control invisible crystals with a spoon. Real food science, low-stakes kitchen

The kit reframes "melting chocolate chips" into genuine method: the seed-tempering technique, a controlled A/B/C taste test, and a side-by-side crystal experiment that actually demonstrates Form V cocoa butter. You own every hot step (clearly flagged); your kid owns the flavors, molds, wrappers, and shop night. Seizing, blooming, and stuck molds all have calm fixes in the playbook.

The best part: the "failed batch" contingency plan is fudge sauce. There are no failed batches.
